DEPOSIT :
You must send us the deposit amount of 10% of the total cost at the time of
confirmation of booking through bank remittance as per our bank details

PAYMENT :
The balance payment has to be made through bank remittance at least 30 days
prior to the commencement of the tour. We must receive full tour cost and
the bank charges have to be paid by you.
REFUND :
The refund amount, if any will be deposited in your bank account as per the
details given by you. The refund will be made after deducting cancellation
charges & bank charges as applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must
notify us in writing. The date of cancellation will be the date on which
cancellation request is received by us. Cancellation charges will apply in
the following way :

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION :
If you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, for your chosen
departure date or accommodation, we will do utmost to make these changes,
but it may not always be possible.
LIABILITY :
Top Travel & Tours (P) Ltd. acts as an agent for hotels, restaurants,
transport companies etc. or any other facilities mentioned in the tour &
will not be liable in anyway for any injury, damage, loss, accident &
delays. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot be held
liable:
a.) Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or
agents.
b.) Where the failure in performance of the agreement is attributed to the
guest.
c.) Where the failure is attributed to a third party not connected with the
provision of the tour and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
d.) Where the failure is due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances
beyond your control.
We do take all possible steps in ensuring that the organization maintain
standards and provide a service that is acceptable to the guests.
COMPLAINTS / SUGGESTION :
We do our best to give our guest an enjoyable and trouble free holiday, but
should you have any complaint, please inform us & we will do everything
possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved
to your satisfaction, then you must notify us in writing within 30 days
after end of the tour. Any disputes shall be governed by Indian laws.
