PASSPORT & VISA :
All foreigners require a valid national passport or valid travel documents
and visa granted by Indian Missions abroad before entering India.
HEALTH :
No vaccinations are required to travel to India. However, foreign tourists
if originating or traveling through Yellow Fever endemic countries may be
required to produce a Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate conforming to
International health Regulations.
CHILDREN :
We welcome children of all ages. Special rates have been negotiated for
children between 02-12 years of age. If child between 02-12 years of age
share parents room, cost for the extra bed will be applicable. Infants under
02 years of age sharing parents’ bed are free.
SINGLE PERSON :
If you are single person travelling and wish to book our fixed departure
tour, then you have to book a single room and pay the tour cost accordingly.
HOTELS :
We shall provide you the standard room at all the hotels as per the
itinerary. However, in case the mentioned hotel is sold out or fully booked,
we shall provide you any other similar category hotel.
TRANSPORTATION :
We shall provide you private chauffeur driven air conditioned vehicles
depending on the number of persons traveling for all the transfers, city
tours and excursion as per the program.

TIPPING :
Some hotels include service charges on their bills. In such cases tipping
is not necessary. Where this is not done, at tip of 10% is customary.
TRAVEL INSURANCE :
Travel insurance is a must and you would have to obtain a travel insurance
policy from your country. You would also be required to carry the insurance
policy papers with you.
FLIGHTS :
The cost of flight is not included in our package cost. You have to make
your own arrangements to book flight ticket so as to join our package tour
on the date of commencement of tour and inform us your flight details in
order to provide you the transfer to the hotel booked.
